Priyanka is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. (ICAI). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Taxation. Priyanka is the founding partner of the firm.
She has rich & comprehensive experience of close to a decade in providing services in the domain of Finance and Accounts, Management Consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Secretarial Practice and Business Consultancy to a wide range of clients and industries.
Priyanka partners startups in their initial phase of formation, registration & various compliances to enable our clients to focus on their business operations leaving all other worries on us.
Priyanka had been the partner in well-known CA Firms in Gujarat before starting P.G. & Associates
She has Co-authored book on Goods & Services Tax `Step by Step Guide to GST’, published by Wolters Kluwer in Year 2017. She contributed to GST WIRC Reference and has contributed in Articles and budget booklets

Gunjan is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Law & Commerce Graduate & Certified Concurrent auditor -ICAI. Gunjan has built an in depth understanding & gained diverse experience in the manufacturing and banking sector. Gunjan is the founding partner of the firm. Gunjan has close to a decade of experience spanning into diverse audits, tax assignments, raising funding for the SMEs.

CA Shashank Saharia

B.Com, ACA

Shashank is a highly energetic chartered accountant and accounts and finance graduate. He has in-depth experience in risk advisory and internal controls audit.
With rich and extensive internship experience, Shashank has gained on site knowledge and skills in various areas such as procurement, HR and payroll and manufacturing across various industries such as heavy metals, IT, and pharma. He is also engaged in consulting MSME industries regarding fulfilling their compliances responsibilities related to pollution board, central ground water authority, labour acts, factory acts and other statutory compliances.
He has also prepared MSME for accessing various subsidy schemes launched by the government such as technology upgradation subsidy, interest subsidies. Investment and employment subsidies etc.
